At Plushy Kitten, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
The item should be in its original packaging, where applicable.
You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items that are personalized, customized, or clearly identified as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us through our store's customer support/contact page with:

Your order number
The reason for the return
Photos, if applicable

We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable. Since Plushy Kitten currently offers free shipping, there is normally no shipping charge to refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest option may be to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.
